Ok mate easy i am not here to argue or anything it's your game if u say is not a sandbox or a grindfest then so be it but at least change your tags then so people don't get confused there literallly a "sandbox" tag there and point and clicking and money system so i am not saying is a hardcore grinding game but is still there and trust me i've played a lot of visual novels to see the diffrence and i trully wish u much succes even moore than u already have ....best of luck to you and have a nice day :)
I have no control over this thread. The moderators add the tags. While HH does have sandbox elements, the moderators will not allow a game to be tagged both VN and Sandbox. As HH is primarily a visual novel, it is tagged as such.

Having money does not make something a sandbox. A sandbox refers to "Do whatever you want to make your own fun." HH is not open ended like that, you just cannot play the game that way, it is a linear story.

Ps .And i don't think i am stupid but did u literally tried to make it Red -Purple i think u tried :p........and kinda failed
What does this even mean?

I would say while linear it sits in between VN and sandbox to an extent due still having some agency, and I want to mention how much I appreciate repeatable events, you have no idea how lively that makes a game for me, specially the exhibitionism ones hehe
Oh man i don't think this dev even uderstands what is a VN novel ,this is like litteraly open world game and he says with some sandbox elements .........everything is a sandbox what u on about dev

I tried it now and retract everything i said is literally an open world game is not only with some sandbox elements everything is a sandbox here what u on about i don't think u even understand the concept of VN or what it means it literally tells u at the start u can't continue the story if u don't raise the stats with some charactaers go and try Fate series and see what VN means
This is Sandbox VN and which means is not "linear" ....i am glad i checked i already knew what ill see day and night cycle click this click that talk with this charachter do this do that and he says linear is nothing linear here DEv there not even a hint system i need to roam all over the place to find the characters and he says is a vn pfff yea right until u find what u need to do i am gonna give u props for the renders though and the characters ...the guy with the experience :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: oh man...

Definitely not HH.

You're thinking old school visual novels. Old guard visual novels. Like the Fate series, as you mentioned, first released in 2004. Or Grisaia. Or Katawa Shoujo. Visual novels have evolved since then, as new computers and new software opens up more possibilities.

Runey's definitely not the old guard; 3D animations + integrated gameplay. But still, it's a visual novel. A modern-day visual novel, to be precise.

Also, kinda funny to think that HH would literally have cost billions of dollars if it was made back in the early 2000s lol  We've come so much since then

You're technically right on the grinding element, but it's misleading. This game is part dating simulator, you repeat actions such as dating or sex (although the actual content differs each time). If you want to call that grinding, fine, that's the textbook definition.

But grinding in popular culture has come to be synonymous with excessive grinding. HH is not like that. Sure, you need stats, but it'll take you a few minutes tops. If that gets you pissed, oh boy, you're a modern kid. I remember grinding for 150 hours to get the best gear in Dragon Quest IV, back in the days.

Also, if you just want porn, choose another game. This game is played for the story, not the porn

Yeah... Trolls on this site just lead to me not wanting to interact with people who criticize the game, even though that should be healthy for the game, 90% of the time they're just trolls. But feedback is important.
I am in awe at you patience with this nonsense. It might get drowned out in the wave of trolling and BS, but be assured that your community outreach and interaction is appreciated.

The problem with keeping mainly to your discord is that it is usually an echo chamber. So more and more people start sounding like trolls to you.

Its a vicious cycle that I see happening more and more. Especially with smaller indie titles, where fans can actually interact with the devs. It results in a rabid fanbase protecting their beloved developer from any criticism and the developer starting to think they are perfect.

Good old days...;)
And if you ask our residential head peatting master Harem Hotel is a grind fest of the worst. Doing over 9000 times a hadpeat and still getting nothing for it.:ROFLMAO:

Also regarding the tags, link them to the tag list and give them the advice that if they are think a tag is missing or shouldn't be used (according to the definition provided by the zone official list) they should report the thread to the mods with those information. And then move on of this topic. I tag that as overused, exhausting, spam and troll.
