I know 18.0 got delayed at the end for some planned garden work that had yet to be delivered. That work was postponed to 18.1, but supposedly the assets had been delivered by the time 18.0 went live to the public. Any word on 18.1?

That actually doesn't make any sense.
Updates in Harem Hotel only get the .1, .2 and so on, for bug fixes.
Releases with new content are numbered 17.0, 18.0, 19.0, with bug fix releases getting numbered, 17.1, 17.2, and so on.
Not sure where you got that information from.
Or are you confusing the pre release 1, pre release 2 and so on?
Those are simply test versions of the game, before the official release is released to the public..

It is a mature, story driven game, with sex content. The sex is secondary to the story.
Yes, while working on this update, his father died, and he had to deal with his estate and the lawyers, he moved to the EU, and has been having to deal with immigration and lawyers there too, as well as another coder who was helping with the gardening stuff and trying to work that code into his game. He was not able to get everything he wanted into this update, but figured that people would be happy to at least be able to get most of it.
But yeah, don't expect a ton of new sex stuff for a while, we are in a very story focused part right now
The garden delay was only a week or two.
I am not sure about the patch, but it will likely be mostly bug fixes, while I have given him everything I have made so far for the garden, I don't know if anything else will be added for this update. Might have to wait for 19. But we do have some fun new plants coming later.
Of course, I haven't managed to get that far on my game, still waiting for the garden to get done, but I am pretty sure some of my stuff didn't make it in this time. The way he has it set up, I am pretty sure we can add more later too, so if I get some good ideas (and time), I can make some more plants for later.

Not sure if this is a bug, but I'm on level 19 for the Android, by now ive apparently unlocked boobjobs/cunilingus, but the Let's Have Some Fun option is still greyed out and it says I need to raise her relationship level.

Also, does Sylvia's love route have any scenes yet? I'd rather not make a slave of her but last i remember she was way too annoying in the love route without any payoff.

There is one sex scene with her.
Also, the games scenes are triggered by stats, so you need to raise that stat to gain access to those scenes.
Harem Hotel is one of those rare games where using hacks is a bad idea, because if any stats are skipped or not right, the scene will never trigger.
In other words, stats have to all be right for any event to trigger.
If one is too low, or too high, you won't get the scene.
Not sure what you're referring to? Does Sylvia have some super specific stat requirements?

For details about stats, sit down at the PC.
One of the icons looks like a book, click on it.
That will take you to a wiki page that tells you what a characters stats need to be to trigger events.

Is there a bug with Kate? I did load my v17 save and it says 8/9, but as soon as any girls event is done (lin, autumn or felicity/emma) it also says Kate is done but the Info still says 8/9.
