No, there's never going to be any NTR in the game. Nobody else is going to touch the girls. That event that was being talked about was added last update.

There is NO ntr with Lin! Nobody else touches ur girl. However, i guess technically there is netori since u inadvertently

While I know this is more on the "use a nuke on four guys with AKMs in a pickup" side of things, could you just impregnate Ashley? That way there's a clear and obvious reason for her boob change that the character wants to begin with (rather than implants).
