I've been stung way too many times by supporting devs on Patreon and it really spoils it as there are devs like this guy who do have a lot of talent and dedication to their project and make next to fuck all from it.
I will never, ever support another dev through Patreon, but if this dev has that coffee thing setup then I reckon even pirate users could justify throwing him a few coins for his work, even if its just a one-off.

I know what real porn is thank you, that's not the point. My point is these models go straight into the ugly part of the uncanny valley. They look human but at the same time don't, which doesn't happen in games like DMD, milfy city, Filf or even Battle of the bulges.

Wow, weird. So, you do have Felicity's gift. You should be able to give her the gift, but you shouldn't have been able to pick it up.
