I like the idea. I could definitely see Ashley giving the MC a pet name with or without asking for permission. Maybe the girls could initially suggest a specific pet name and react depending on how the MC reacts. There are already instances where Lin has unique dialogue depending on what you have her call you. It could be fun to see Lin get upset if one of the other girls calls you by the same name she does.

I actually don't remember seeing that (which is strange), but nevertheless I remember only two instances where one might get stuck in Lin's storyline.
First is unlocking the dungeon and going down there...
Second is the Cornwall event for which you have to talk to Ellen to set it up (don't forget to train Lin properly before doing so)
If it's neither of those someone else will surely help, though.

It was shortly after the first visit from the high elf, she wanted to look/be more like her, until you assured her that you like her better the way she was. Lin should only try to be Lin.
You might need to visit her in one of the odd rooms, like the kitchen, hot spring, or the laundry room, something like that. Can't remember exactly when that event was, so I can't check, sorry....Have you met the 'Slave Owner' who challenges you in the street, Zaparak?
