I was victim to sexual abuse as a child. I can tell you now almost everything you've put so far is true to form, the depression/suffering and imagery never truly goes away, it sticks with you and is like a proverbial rock in your throat when attempting to be intimate with anyone, friends, family or potential lovers. I live by the mantra that suicide is never the answer, it's not failed me yet in my darkest moments, but everyone handles trauma differently. I cannot socialise well with others, trust anyone or form meaningful relationships but on the outside I seem like your everyday functioning adult albeit introverted to all fuck. My story is less of a horror story than others who have been victims but the outcome is still the same - you are never the same person afterwards. Death is quick, living through it is not.

You don't 'have' to do it if you don't want to, it is not required, just recommended for 'best' results.
Yeah, I've tried about everything but there is no anal option in the sex options since I turned her down the original time since I'm not exactly into anal, does that mean I'm locked out of the best outcome?
There might be a cheat code, but it won't really change that much, don't worry too much about it. You don't have to win in order to get a good ending there, you just have to put in a good showing, so as long as you do really well in the other stuff, you should be fine.
I have lain's walkthrough mod installed in case that messes with something, also is there any other situations where things like this happen? (aside from just the exhibition extra dialogue)
You will need to remove the number from the front of the file, then copy it into your save folder. I am not 100% on this, but it won't over ride your old if not. I thought I found it, not so sure now...
