Well, we do know that, at least, Kali has a car. And I distinctly recall Maria saying "Let's take your car" during an event, heavily implying she has one as well.

I'm not sure about that, never heard of graphics being so good they ruin the game.

There is one thing it would likely do.. triple or quadruple dev time. And it's not like (insert name of engine because it's 0430 and I can't remember) is an eyesore. Nor is this the only VN that uses it.

Regarding your review, I'm not looking to change your opinion, but I would like to mention a few things.

Just saying, the person who wrote that review is either trolling or has ludicrously high standards. If this game is as "trash" as they say, 99% of the games on the site are 0/5s if this game is a 1/5.

I'm having the same Kali friendship 30 glitch as I have seen people mention here, where I can't get her level 30 event to trigger. Is there some way to fix the glitch or even skip that event via some type of console command or mod or something?

This bug happens when you have downloaded an unreleased beta build in v0.10 (or maybe it was v0.11). This is why you should always wait for the official release.
To fix this bug, you will need to cheat friendship or start a fresh save.

Yup. Once your save has the mod, it can't really be used without it any more.

Lain's mod is updated to work with the current version (v0.13.2), so you should be able to use it now.

Not at all, most cars can fit at least four, at least the ones that have a back seat.

Violet is a character from a patron request that, because said patron is no longer around and she is not Runey's character, has been removed entirely. Lain may not be aware of this removal, may have forgotten to remove parts involving her, or may have left her entries in the mod on purpose.

Any reasonably sized automobile can fit 5 people without problems. And that's comfortably. You can fit 4-5 people in the back of the car if you really try. So yea, I completely agree with you.

Hotel management isn't meant to be a big part of the game, though I do find bits of that enjoyable. What suggestions do you have to make it better and more fun?

If I might chime in on this.

The one thing I can say is that it would be an improvement if money was more meaningful. I have been recording my income since last time (and will publish the next worksheet soon) but bottom line is once you max out the bar you will be earning more than you can spend and have mostly nothing to spend it on.

I mean, sure, you can collect outfits and such and try to get them all. But those things don't appeal to everyone and either way they will eventually run out. And there isn't really any long term reason to save money, nothing big to work toward or anything like that. If I weren't recording things I honestly could play the game without ever looking at the money counter at this point.

Now, I am not sure exactly how you could "fix" this in a way that works with the game and is actually fun. Or even if it needs fixing or if a "fix" would actively make things worse. But it is something to think about.

With the right upgrades, we might be able to get one or two more seats by turning Android into a scooter.

Well, legally speaking, thanks to seatbelt laws, 5 would be the limit, with 3 in the back. Squeezing anyone else in there would mean they have a good chance of being pulled over.

As for the rest, IDK... I haven't really given this much thought, but just off the top of my head, maybe there could be...

Maybe activities around the hotel that could be purely optional, like helping Lin clean. This could give you +Obedience with the maids (maybe just the one on duty) and/or give you some extra money. You could show him in one of the girls' rooms, chosen at random, maybe playing with undergarments for people with that fetish, or the girl could be half dressed when you enter, with various reaction based on their exhibitionism stat? IDK

Maybe that one is just +to obedience, and he could help in various parts of the business, each with a different effect.

He could help in the bar for more money, with maybe some scene with Moon and/or Maria. More if you use the Strip Club idea, then Peni could also be involved.

He could work in the laundry, again for people with an underwear fetish.

He could serve drinks to people who are there to use the hot spring. Also earn him some tips and sexy renders of random guests.

He could help in the kitchen, for +Obedience to the maid on duty, and maybe some fun/sexy images of the maid, like Lin with some whip cream on her nose, and naked apron, milking Android while she is making a cake, etc.

Maybe do some gardening for ...IDK, +Lin, and a scene with either the fairies or one of the elves?

He could help Ellen at the front desk for +money and maybe a scene fucking her behind the counter while she is helping/talking to one of the girls... (alternately he could eat her out, so he is under the counter and can't be seen, so Ellen is trying to hide her reactions).

I'd actually be super down for more management stuff, depending on what it is it could help break up the pacing a bit. Things that generate more money when diligently or strategically interacted with make progress feel rewarding and could help get the more expensive elves sooner. But also we are definitely in the minority and Runey has a HECK tonne to do without us asking for this

One thing you can do with the money is the gifts you can buy for the girls. I've never had to buy one, as far as I know they're only needed if you make the girls mad.

But gifts shouldn't just be for making them not mad. You can buy gifts for affection too and that would introduce a sex scene. This new sex scene would also introduce a new trait. I'll call it "Sugar Baby".

General Timeline:

You buy Lin a gift.
Her obedience goes up ( affection ).
You get her gift giving sex scene.
She gets a +1 on the Sugar Baby trait.

Do that 10 times to get her Sugar Baby stat maxed.

Buying them sex toys is another thing to do. But that may be too many extra animations to do for each toy.

I personally don't have an obedience issue with either Lin or the droid. I have Lin sleep with me every night once she is able to and I personally don't have an issue with the droid either. Not big on the gifts for love thing either. I guess I like the way things are now in the game, but I'm one of the people who don't care about the sex in these games, the stories are much more than enough.

I don't know but I'm sure I'm in the very small minority here as I am in most things when it comes to these games. Buying gifts would cheapen the "sex rewards" to me. I don't know. Whatever
