AFAIK, it's mostly a Jin thing, along with a new shop for it.

The jet packs have hard points for missiles, napalm and aerial troll sprayers.

Going to need some more bar expansions to afford all these upgrades.

At the very least, Mega still has it. So it'll depend on what two sites you're referring to. I'd highly recommend not downloading it and just snag the v17.2 from itch.io instead
