Never overwrite the folder, unless you get the 'update' version, and for that to work you have to have the older one.
The best way to do this is to get the full one, extract it to a new folder, then copy over your saves and screenshots and whatnot.
I saw your last one, and like I said then, I have no power to do that, I am not an admin on that server. I have the same ability to ban or unban someone on that server as you do.
As I said before, the only way around that would be ask Runey or make a new account (what most people who get hacked end up doing).

I had the game before but deleted it, cleaned up the roaming file and downloaded the latest verison. used winrar to extract it.
First, I would move it out of your user folder, you don't want to use a system folder for these things. Try something like C:\Games\
Did you get the full version of 18.2, or the update? (if you are not sure, how big is the zip file?)
I got the full version of 18.2 from gofile. zip shows 12.3GB
I see. Then if moving the folder out of the system folder doesn't fix it, then it could be a driver or codec issue maybe.
Oh, it was the bool error, yeah, I think that was drivers, but I can't remember now.
Could have also been related to the game being in a system folder.

there is a game that i play (wont name drop it) but every update i'll get that bool error but if i delete the folder in app data and relaunch the game the error dosnt pop again
If that is the case, is sounds like the persistent file got corrupted or something. Very odd.

Many **nsfw** (not safe for work) games are being delisted, taken down or canceled on both Steam and Itch, just like it was sometime back with Patreon and Subscribestar. These are ruining the lives of small companies and indie creators. For years now we are on the edge of our seats, waking up wondering if it’s today they will take down our games; What Visa and MasterCard monopoly will think of this time?
Behind the attack is a certain activist group that is doing everything they can to make other’s life harder, without actually doing anything to protect people or children in real life. As we know, it’s hard to aim at millionaires who actually are laughing at their face, confirming what they did is actually true, so they set their sights on the smallest of groups that they can bully - indie game developers.
**We are adults**, *we should decide what medium we want to consume as long as it doesn’t harm anybody.* Don’t decide it for us. We know what we can and can’t do. This is all fiction, meant to be as it is. Games, just like movies, books, theater plays, comics, paintings, drawings, clay models and even stand-up comedy aim to be a form of art. Some are there to comfort us, some are there to shock us, but all of them should be able to express themselves in any way.
Being silenced about certain questionable topics, especially if these are depicted as bad ones, is a censorship that aims to test the waters, how far they can go with it. Today is an indie game industry, tomorrow will be something else - until sex, sex work and adult entertainment is a taboo.
Even though Secret Care Cafe as an adult game doesn’t include any of the themes that they (activist group, visa, mastercard, itch, patreon, subscribestar, paypal) don’t agree with *‘at this very moment’*, tomorrow or some time later all adult games might be the target.
There is little we can do to fight the monopoly of payment processors and card providers. That is why,** if you have time, please sign the petition, share it and spread the word against this censorship and attack.**
