I'm not sure how the WT mod numbers the events, but if you're currently level 8 going into 9, there is an added requirement of Maria not being at level 22.

I tend to focus too much on one girl for plenty of days so maybe something broke another user said something about Maria needs to be at 22 or smt like that

Character stats are very important in this game.
The Stats have to be exactly right for events to trigger.
Which is why it is important not to focus too much on one character.

No no, the requirement is that Maria cannot be at 22. Either higher or lower than that works.

Not particularly, especially since she's used as a plot device to help push the girls beyond their normal comfort zones. Hana? Raised in a tight / closed environment due to her parents -- solution? Maria. Ellen? Hardcore no one can replace grandpa. Solution? Maria. Twins aren't used to literally anything. Solution? Maria. Autumn? Ding ding, Maria. Help Lin / Android develop new kinks? Yup she's here to save the day again; Maria.
I find it easier to believe a girl in the same age bracket as 75% of the cast can break down barriers on sexuality than a dude with a big dick and basically zero charisma. Could the MC have been written better to have done this himself? Sure. The time for when he was originally written though, he was more of a blank slate for players to take over, so having a character like Maria helps push more unrealistic scenarios along. If some of those events were to happen now in the v17 content instead of the v3 content, now that the MC has more of a voice, it might make more sense for him to have been the one to do those things: like he does for exhibition / submission events.
Yeah, there is a reason that you are required to wait a few days between events, it is supposed to encourage you to try and keep things even, stop and enjoy the flowers, as it were.
I guess there are some advantaged to playing it one update at a time, and not replaying the whole thing. lol

I mean, we already have alerts that you need to advance some people for some events, so I assume he will add them when he is made aware of any that are missing, but it's hard to track them all, with all of the changes that keep happening. There is a bug report room for that kind of thing on the discord, if anyone wants to add them, I am sure he will get to it when he can.

Ya a “completed” tag is not the best indicator of quantity/quality of content … when choosing what games to dl & play from here.
The nature of how the developers of h-games make a living doesn’t lend itself towards striving towards “completion”... you want to look for a project with regular significant updates, a good amount of developed quality content, & if those criteria are met typically the project will be rated well. The individual game thread will often have posts that touch on the developers reliably & quality of content.
HH has lots of content & the developer is very consistent with updates and bug patches. The developers schedule feels slow but it ISN’T because every update has CONTENT …they have NOT ever put out an “update” with little to no substance in an effort to milk their customers.
Hope this info is helpful in your search.
However if you are ocd about a story being FINISHED I can understand that as well.
That being said … I have seen MANY COMPLETED projects that don’t have 1/4 of the total content that the un-complete HH has.
