I think there was more that played into her stopping the streaming. Personally, and I may be wrong here, but I always understood it that she stopped streaming after her capture. I can somewhat rationalize this, arguing that she knew about the sanctuary, and after her own capture realized that if the authorities really looked closely into things, then they'd discover that, and the MC would suffer for it. Meaning, her streaming could potentially draw more attention to the hotel than she might otherwise want. She may have spoken to the MC about it off screen at some point, or more likely one of the elves in the sanctuary, and came to the decision herself.

I don't remember him having any real say in the matter. This was something she chose to do (for good reason), and he supported her in her decision, he didn't make her do anything (unless things changed).

I remember him saying that she doesn't have to do it for the money & she could stay at the hotel for free. He also told her that he cares a lot for her to which she replied "God I love you so much now, So let's do it"

Yeah, that is saying he will support her no matter what she decides, not forcing her to do something. It will fully her choice, though it was under duress, thanks to the stalker asshole.
Basically, "If you want to quit, I will take care of you."

I'm afraid you are wrong here--as I said in the post you quoted, she decided (and said she decided) to stop streaming after the fan found her at the hotel. MC letting her stay there without paying rent was a factor, but the big issue was that streaming exposed her to people finding her IRL. That happens completely independently of the sanctuary, and unless you used one of the cheat codes for more money, long before the sanctuary was built.

He did no such thing. "I'll support you whatever you decide" cannot reasonably be interpreted as "made her stop streaming." MC never asked her, much less told her, top stop streaming (and if he had, I think she would have fought it).

They confiscated her money and closed her accounts.
She is not legally allowed to own anything, because she is a slave.
Therefore, camming would be pointless.
Also, she had mentioned after she got released that almost all of her subscribers had abandoned her, because she was half elf.
Starting over again would be pointless.

In theory, she could start over, with an account owned by the MC, but she would need to find a new fanbase.
But she has other shit going on now, so no need. On the other hand, her stint as a spy could be going better... She is really thinking above her skill level.

On the other hand, the info she has now could go a long way. Hopefully, she won't try to do anything else that risky after how badly that went (both times. really).
Of course, we also kind of still need to find a way to save her mom too. No idea how we are going to manage that, shy of taking control of Archon or something.

Don't agree, quite. Yes, she's definitely thinking above her skill level in that regard--whether she's going to adjust her expectations, increase her skills, or both, I don't know, but I hope she does at least one of these, because if she continues as she has done, she's going to get everyone arrested or killed.

But, leaving aside that she'd view it as a personal defeat (and there's no chance she'd willingly accept that, and there's no way the game's going to have MC treat her as a slave even though she technically is), what good does it do anyone for her to take up streaming again? Money in MC's pocket? By this point in the game, he has plenty. H-scenes with Maria? There's no shortage of them (though I admit I wouldn't mind more--while she isn't my favorite LI, she's probably the best-looking to me). Just something to keep her out of the way? That'd really suck for the story, especially with who her mother is. No, she has to be an active part of the resistance. How that's going to happen I don't know, but I don't see that her being a streamer is going to help.
