Well, if it is the translation mod, then it would not matter if you change the language, but only if you uninstalled it. IF it is the issue, it would only matter if the files are in there.

How did you install it? Did you extract it to a new folder, or copy the new files into the old folder?

Also, did you try hitting 'ignore'?
