The thing with Kate is that the repeatable spa scene requires level 10, and it's supposed to unlock after you've had sex with her in the story, . (so it says) Specificly SPA not Hot Springs, i thoguht i saw a pic that looked like a public bath once (Spa im assuming) for V0.19.1 but unsure.

You can take her out to dinner, work out at the gym, the hot springs and go bowling(her specific events, not events that might also include her such as Ashley/Twin events at school). I'm not aware of any specific scene that isn't the hot springs.

Edited my post to clarify the pronoun usage. I meant I don't understand why Runey is calling it a spa. Per the change log those characters have new scenes and those are visible when visiting the hot springs. Katie has a dialogue box for the scene, but it currently doesn't trigger.
