It is, it's just new as of 0.8. Maria's latest event, if I remember specifics correct.

30% Wheelie (The more the game progresses, the lower that is going to go for all future rooms)
10% Moon
5% Kate
19.9999% Wholly New Character
0.0001% Juliet

I'm rolling the dice, true, but I feel pretty confident with my assessment.

Since the discord has been going crazy over a girl in a wheelchair (partly fueled by me) I decided to make this chracter.

Whether or not she'll be in game, I don't know. I have no plans for her.

Yeah, we all kinda blew up over her. I'd love to see her ingame, more as someone that would help ground everyone and maybe even let us just take care of her a bit more than anything harem-y.

I dont think its gonna be Moon.. after all the new members have a "relationship to build up" and we are already fucking Moon... unless something fucked up happens to her so she has to run away from something, i dont see her becoming the next one with a room.

Much more involved additions than an elevator have been done overnight in this game, I don't think that will be an issue

Yea, reason I suggested maybe a new common or low-land elf (you know the small chested ones) as a slave purchase so that she would have someone to carry her around.

Edit: thinking about wouldn't it make sense to add an extra room to the elf sanctuary? I'm sure Nia, Sylvia and Ann would be fine with taking care of her.
