Anytime you're unsure if you're caught up on a girl's path, look at their profile under their traits, if you're caught up it'll say "*To be continued...*" and if there's more in the current update it'll say "Story incomplete".

Um, American here. We in America also don't encounter religious fanaticism often and when we do it is very much considered abnormal. We're not [redacted for genuinely rude joke].

I can second this remark, it isn't very often that religious fanaticism happens here. There are plenty of highly devout people, which sometimes put religion into everything, but actual fanaticism is hard to come by.

Pregnancy content is EXTREMELY difficult to produce and manage, especially as a mid game mechanic. It still works as an ending and only Kali would be left out assuming Runey doesn't fit in a point where she goes off the pill in enough time before the ending. Then it is as simple as programming a counter that would set their ending to pregnancy if it's requirement has been reached or non-pregnancy if it hasn't. Glassix does the same and it works. You climax inside enough, she is pregnant in her ending. That also reduces the number of assets needed for pregnancy variants.
With an in game pregnancy system, he then has to make an entire complicated system in the code to handle the switch between normal and pregnant, which is nowhere near as easy as just a counter, and he has to produce assets for EVERY girl in ALL of their outfits so that they don't show up pregnant in one outfit and normal in the rest. He would also have to redo ALL of their events to show pregnancy if applicable because, once again, that would show the girl as pregnant outside events and normal in them, which doesn't look good. This is MUCH more tedious and time consuming to do, which is why most developers don't do an in game pregnancy system.
Also, there is magic in the game world, so he could easily come up with reasons why nobody is getting pregnant. Could be as easy as a spell cast on the hotel to prevent it. Then all he has to do is explain why nobody who has a sex scene outside the hotel is pregnant. Most depictions of elves show them as less fertile and not very easy to make a baby with. Couple that with literally everyone having some level of elven DNA and they all could have lesser fertility, leading to lack of pregnancy. Especially full elves like Lin, who would be under the full effect of her lesser fertility while other girls with more human DNA would get less of this effect, but still enough to make things difficult.
I get that you want pregnancy, but we need to be reasonable to Runey since he is working alone. It would be much more manageable with more than one person working, but that's not the case.

My point is that what you consider to be a generically religious person would be considered a religious fanatic where I am from. Over here being heavily religious typically means you go to church on Xmass and Easter (or just watch the mass on TV) and like hire a priest for your wedding and funeral and that's it. Like, if you want to be really hardcore you'll fast on good friday. But that's almost showing off. Oh, and Christians don't do circumcision. Not ever.
And while we do get some people like Autumn (they exist everywhere after all) and everything in between as well they definitively aren't the norm. Where as in america they seem to be prevalent enough that 50% of your political spectrum is built around catering to them. So it's a very different perspective.
And because of this whilst for a lot of you she might feel a bit out of place for a porn game but isn't really weird or alien for me she felt like something strait off another planet or plucked from the middle ages. I just don't have any other context for her.
In fact, when I first ran into her I avoided her for the longest time simply because I did not consider her to be redeemable. In fact I thought she was going to be a new villain introduced into the household to stir things up. Like a foil for the MC and his perverse ways. A person that did not understand that lust can coexist with love and would try to defeat him.
Because that's my only context for people like her. Danger. My only context for people like her are people from some sort of crazy brainwashed cultist like a Jehowas Witness or Satanists or something. The sort of people that your mother warns you about growing up. Where as for americans that sort of Ned Flanders level of devotion is just generically religious.
And yes, I did just call Ned Flanders terrifying. I stand by that.

No, that is intentional, you always have to wait a few days between events with the same girl. Helps you keep the harem balanced.
Depends on where you live, I encountered it way too often in most of the places I have lived in the US. Some cities I have been, there was a church on almost every corner. You couldn't go two blocks in any direction without seeing one. We are basically the only educated place in the world with YEC. Worse yet, some of them with their fake degrees, are allowed to teach their insanity as"science" in schools.
Autumn is quite tame compared to a lot of people I have seen IRL, including one of my grandmothers, who I had to start defending against at age 3, when she tried to indoctrinate me. It's not as uncommon as you might think.

I hope Autumn isn't too unlikeable in the past. For noticeable and hopefully rewarding character development to happen, they have to start in pretty 'low' places. And while religion is religion in Harem Hotel, miracles can happen.
There are a few sects in this currently unnamed religion, the one most humans in Syl'anar follow (and those from The Capitol's current unnamed continent) are human supremacist. Autumn's father is attempting to create a new sect that treats elves equally.

Honestly Autumn was... just about on the borderline for me. Like there were a few scenes where I literally thought "the audacity of this bitch to talk down to Lin, Android, and Maria" but you managed to bring her around just fast enough for it to get better.
