Well, you can always start a new save, and just replay the older stuff, and keep your old save for the new stuff. I mean, we have a hundred saves per page, there is no need to be stingy.

I'm one of the ones that always starts a new game every update (for any game here) as scenes get reworked, avoids save bugs and generally lets me rerun through a games story and refresh things I might have forgotten between updates.

I definitely recommend starting over, having two sets of saves is a good idea.

Scroll DOWN on each page. I also thought each page was only 20 until a long time into the game. I like them at a glance, so I just use more pages as that is what I am used to with most Renpy games.I have 20 save slots per page, do you have the deluxe model or something?
I definitely recommend starting over, having two sets of saves is a good idea.

This game doesnt need as many saves as others. For most games, I use my saves as my own "gallery" so I save a lot. But for this game, I only need it for story points I want to revisit, as this game has the best replay mechanics of any of these type games. I do at least one save each day when the day pops up. (thats like 150 saves right there)

Yes, once you apply those mods, your saves will never work without those mods. Really wish they put a disclaimer for that. But you will need to wait days or weeks until the mod updates to play each version after it releases.

Huh. I only ever kept one slot. At the time I only realized the game had no gallery far too late, and at that point I was already in too deep to care. Like that time I remembered most tacos give me heartburn when I was already 6 in. I still feel it to this day, both the flavor and the burn.

Heh. I learned a long time ago, in a city, far, far away, that one save slot is never enough. Like the old Sierra games, where you could miss something in the first area, that you have to have for the 5th area, you can't go back, and without it, you die.
Save early, save often, and use many slots! {That's what she said!}
