I have a bug where all i can get from the from door is Kali's package (virator/massager) so i can't pickup any outfits i buy.

v0.8.2 added a new splash screen and music.
vX = finished build
v0.X = major update
v0.0.X = small patch or bug fix.
The next content update is v0.9
The game is still being developed. They are not in a place in their story to do sexual things together yet.
Are you on v0.8.2?
So this update isn't worth downloading since it just adds new music. I don't even play the game with the speakers on.
Do you have a rough idea how many content patches you have left until the game is done?
I really need to get around to throwing some money at your Patreon when I'm not friggin poor.

Yes it (0.8.2) just adds new music to some scenes and a new splash screen.
Whether or not it is worth downloading well that's entirely up to you, if you don't care about music etc then don't download it yet and just wait for the next content update.

There is a patch to just upgrade from 8.1 to 8.2. It's 18MB.

There is a patch a few pages back or on Patreon to update from 8.0 to 8.1, then use the patch mentioned here to update again.
