does this new remake has netorase?
As the definitions of NTR no longer have any static meaning due to internet "logic" you're going to need to be more specific. It has sharing, taking others women, offering your women and watching scenes with women to be added with other men/monsters. With the rewrite of the sarah/rhea fight it's clear the dev also has a doxxing fetish but I dont think that applies here.

Replying to a few messages here to keep up the full transparency that we've been striving for.

Glad Dev to see your still going, I think IMO i have played all of Ker's Harem RPG games when they were on hiatus and came back to restart it. I just think this remake is missing something. Ker's Harem games were amazing, I just don't feel the same with this one.
I started playing Harem v2 about 7 or so years ago. Back when Chapter 6 was just being released. I fell in love with the story and the characters. However V2 does have it's issues, some of which will be referenced again later in this post. The game was fraught with spelling and gramatical errors that, at times, made it hard to read. The old art style is fairly mediocre. It's not horrible but wouldn't be acceptable by players today. A lot of the story elements either weren't set up properly, or are just shoved in.

As for where the Remaster is content wise, the blunt answer is not nearly as far as I'd like. Back when Ker ended v2 in C8m7 he then destroyed all the files for V2. The only things that where salvagable are what is strictly available through breaking into the RPG project and getting at the source code. All the scene images, gone. Character models, gone. The only other things we had at the start was documents saved that are written accounts of the scenes, through to chapter 8. So we're having to rebuild the entire game from the ground up. As we go, we are adding new content to earlier chapters, rewriting some characters stories, rewriting some full storylines to make them flow better, and with a few characters we are completely changing their story. Though that will be shown off later in development.

Ker was with us from the start back in December of '22. With his invaluable assistance, we got the Remaster project moving. If he had not been with us at the beginning, this project would have fallen off ages ago probably. He spent more than a year training myself on how to do the scene creation, as well as working with our head writer Uasked4it on how to write as close to his style that was possible. He stepped back from the project early in chapter 3, and we've been continuing along. He's still around, but is letting us tell the story now. It's going to be a long time at our current pace before we're at chapter 8 again. I wish we could get there sooner as well, but there is quite a lot that goes into creating this.

I meant to say it's way less darker than original.
I would say it's less dark than the original, but the original may not be what you're thinking of. Ker started the project pre-Patreon, a long, long time ago, got to a certain point (I think a little after the trial?), then disappeared.

Then he came back, revealed part of the reason was the game had gotten too dark for his tastes, remade it from the ground up with a lot more content, some QoL and redesigns, and got a fair bit further than he had originally before disappearing again. This version was less dark than the original, but honestly not by any real amount, and it wasn't external censorship it was more Ker deciding to very slightly tweak things a bit. For example, this v2 still involved:

Not counting the (I think, never played it) faithful fan remake but only with new graphics of that 2nd version that existed for a while just before this started, this is the 3rd version, and it's also a pretty faithful remake of the 2nd version (In some cases too much so, in my opinion), just with expanded content and not as caught up. It's possible they'll tone down later stuff, but so far I don't think there's any real indication they would.
