right now you can marry three of the five available girls, have as many babies with them as you want and they will do anything for you if you unlock them completely, that actually fits perfectly into my definition of Harem game - so the name HaremCards is getting it's due justice in my eyes.

thanks for the words of encouragement! That means a lot. Funny thing actually, when I started with HaremCards I was creating the game mostly for myself, thinking that I would consider it a success if I get 10 active supporters on both Patreon and Subscribestar combined. Now we actually have a whopping 180 active supporters on both platforms combined and over 250 members in our Discord group, that is bonkers!

Even more so that based on my math (I dig statistics) the conversion rate from downloaded copies -> supporters is actually increasing with every new release, so right now HaremCards is actually easily selling itself if it is shown to enough potential players which as you can imagine is huge on itself. This shows that right now the game is good enough to earn money for itself which for me is the biggest sign of success.

But I got sidetracked, sorry for the blabber, what I wanted to say is that HaremCards is doing pretty good already and potential is increasing with every new release, it's very cool to be part of that.

Having fully unlocked two girls, I have a few thoughts I can share regarding the grind in this game because I think there's a fundamental misunderstanding of what actually makes it tedious and annoying. I like to have a sense of progression when playing a game, while the two easy difficulties in this game completely break it. Making you drown in coins and unlock popups to the point where it's hard to follow what's even going on, does not make the game more enjoyable IMO. I think a better choice would be to simply add some quality of life improvements like:
- making the text appear immediately instead of having it be slowly "typed out" in the textbox
- allowing for text to be quickly skipped with a dedicated keyboard button, the way it's implemented in many other rpgm games (unless it's already there and I'm just dumb and couldn't find it)
- adding a skip button for scenes and interactions that you've already seen

What I ended up doing in my playthrough, is that I installed a cheat for RPGM and set the game speed to 5x. That way I'm still able to have a sense of progression with the girls without having to sit through a ton of boring stuff that I've already seen multiple times.

Also, the absolute best solution would be to just port this game to renpy. It uses none of the mechanics typically associated with RPGM, while being a perfect match for renpy.

The game is very nice though, I had a lot of fun playing it, looking forward for more.

thank you for the great feedback! The game modes are actually just a tool to get through the game faster, I agree that they are not making the progress more enjoyable. The three specific points you mentioned for improvements are already on my ToDo list. Next update V0.8 will focus a lot on changing how the core gameplay works and I would like to implement as much of your points as possible, since I see it the same way. I was worried about the skip button but if you saw it in others RPGM games then I´m sure I will be able to figure it out as well.

Porting to RENPY is not feasible, but for my future projects I might do a switch to the renpy engine.

Hey, is Kara's quest 'endgame' bugged? I'm playing on leisure mode but have an 8 in the muscles stat, and keep failing the stat check to progress her story. I'm playing on the latest android version, and have put both codes you gave us, but have not activated any cheats (extra info about my playing environment hopefully to help you figure out if this is bugged or not). I must have failed the stat check four or five times in a row.

EDIT: Quick report. Previous to starting Kara's chapter 13 endgame quest, I had set the curator's appearance to Kara in the start area (where you select cards, player section, etc), and, just to test, I reset the curator's appearance to her original self and tried mission 13 endgame again. I immediately succeeded and am able to progress now. I also, just in case, updated haremcards by downloading again, although I'm just about positive that my game was 07a beforehand. It might be relevant, though.
