bonus locations like back alley will change how some interactions work but will not affect the background of a sex scene, in this regard bonus locations are mostly for a roleplaying purpose

Cheers for reporting this, I did some digging and I suspect where the problem is in the code, it is a combination of using masturbate interaction on naked character and some other possible interaction (hard to pinpoint now, many possible combinations), I will look into this some more and fix it in the next release.
