@gerome90s Maybe you are facing a bug or you need to complete some quests first.

If your affection with Circe is high and you give her the 'pussy magnet' (given by the professor) - you will trigger the first H scene with her so long as you don't mess up the dialog choices. Maybe you need to do this first because - for me, as soon as I went to the Woods with Circe in the party, this scene was triggered:

If this doesn't happen then you haven't started the quest for the Warlock yet. If it happens, then some tile in the dungeon will trigger the main event to get the item:

This is just crazy, I saw your first photo, and I had a deja vu, telling myself, man this is very familiar. Then it got me thinking, if I in fact got the first pop up, but for some reason didn't finish the whole mission, then I just need to recreate the conditions. And, who would thought of that, it actually worked. Turns out it is important who are in your party! With newer characters this mission won't be triggered. So these are the characters that i used to initiate it. I didn't try it if the arrangement is important or not, but this was mine: Circe, Calarabelle, Miruku, K8-E, Daisy.
