The devs already provided a bugfixed version a month ago, but it hasn't been uploaded here.
Just check their itch.io page and download version 0.01b. It"s a free download (or rather the entire game is free on itch.io) so don't worry.

How do you get money? Where is the current end of implemented shit. I'm missing like 70% of the charscters section, I can't get anything with Kiriko. There was some war room tutorial but I can't interact with anything there?

Ye the characters are missing cause theyre not added yet only the girls with a mission have scenes the current update ends with more dva content you can check the gallery to see where you at cause the scenes are chronological the select few that are missing are outfit differences or different paths (you can reload a save for those different paths i think) and you need to find cassettes around the map for money (i think)

There's naked Kiriko in the first image of this game thread but I can't get anything in game.

Theres a quest board bit where it tells you where you need to go and do i think you mainly just visit kiriko at the gym and then the place she hangs out at

Some scenes are mutually exclusive as well so you'll need to reply the game multiple times to see everything.

I think if you save before the scenes where you can go into paths and after you finish that specific one you can load the first save and do a new path then load into the other save after or even better keep playing the new one and theyll stay in your gallery i think

Some quests arent finished i think theres a storyline for tracer and her gf and dva for now that are more fleshed out but when you cant so something anymore in a quest im pretty sure it gets grayed out (not sure)
