Nope, the lesbian content is currently just an extra event. Brothel is guy on girl with a plan to add a lesbian/threesome style couple in the future. Will also be adding more lesbian content events frequently, with the latest version already expanding upon the lesbian scene in this version.

That's how it is in real life. Most customers of a brothel are men. Few women pay for sex.

There's a plan to be able to purchase many upgrades including an entirely new location for the brothel itself. I'd like to have the ability to customize some room layouts to an extent, but I'd have to see if something like that flowed well with the game and what benefit the different rooms would provide. As for full managing of the staff, the only plans I have would be adding women to the brothel in a more linear fashion. Instead of picking from a bunch of girls, you'll be introduced to them and they'll join when you've progressed through their story. The management side will be more focused on developing the girls stats, perks, and relationship with you.

Osirian, please check this game Girls Hostel: Elisa in Trouble it has hostel management with tenants that do sex work. It's one of my favorite games. I hope the management in Harmony Girls can be similar to that.

Well I wouldn't mind if they offered services to women, men and trans. However, in real life most customers by far are men. Women who pay for sexual services are a small percentage.
