Ok, so 'vanilla' and 'harem' seem out, or 'harem' going to go through husband cheating stat...
Netorase option you bring it up to the wife. Netorare you keep it to yourself, and if reader still has agency over the wife's choices, should be able to maneuver away from NTR and keep the couple 'vanilla'.
Won't know exactly how this plays out until more story is added, but up until now, these path choices made sense, then this unavoidable curveball pops up...

Overall, very well crafted, just this little hiccup that creates a bit of uncertainty about how this seemingly 'vanilla' path is going to proceed going forward. It's fine if it's cut/abandoned, just make the stats and choices make sense...:)

It's actually a fault in coding that i made, noticed when it was too late. It'll get fixed in the next update. Sorry for the trouble.

Ah, thanks for that. It was so odd because this one has been very consistent.
Good to know it's just a little error.

Hotwife Ashley was solid. Not exactly my preference and had some hiccups in making sense at times.
This one, very much improved.
Great VN, nice story, well crafted choices, keep up the excellent work.

Mistakes happen, it's not critical when it's fixable.

Buddy, I really like your game, the plot is interesting, but I especially like this direction.:

No. It's not what I'd call a corruption, slow or otherwise, game.
It's more character revealing/development with a story than any type of corruption...
Depending on choices/stats, it's cheating, sharing, loving couple, hotwife, cuckold, stag/vixen, so far...
It's a choose your route/fetish story.

I unlocked everything in the gallery except for the very last one with Frank? Any idea what I did wrong?

Well, don't know for sure what you did wrong, but I just unlocked that scene by picking pretty much what you'd expect for the wife's choices. The only thing I did (or didn't) do, I avoided all the sex scenes between husband and wife... Picked he's too tired, go to bed, etc.

When I wrote my question, I didn't realize that the game script is still in .rpy format. I took a peak and it does a check on a variable "if netorase == True:" I don't know how that was set to True earlier in the game, before Rachel took him to the hospital. So, if it's False you unlock the final gallery scene.

Edit:
I figured it has to be something when you are at the computer and select NTR. After that, you either speak to Rachel about it (netorase) or keep it a secret (netorare). Those two words have been "discussed" so many times on F95 that I'm always left confused. So, I guess when you discuss with Rachel your feelings, you are on a share Rachel with others path and when you keep your feelings to yourself, it's a cheating path?

So, just looking at the intro to this one and it screams "wife as cheating slut" with the husband either willing going along with it or not, but it still happens either way. Basically a cuck story.

A lot of these games attempt to paint that there are choices when there really aren't, or the only choice is when, not if, the wife will be a cheating slut. Usually if there is any mention of a "non-slut" wife/gf it's just lip service with no real content since the story is man is cuck/female as slut concept.

So how's this one play out? Anyone willing to illuminate how the actual story is going?

exactly what i told dev via DM.He force to make not loyal choice,to increase Rachel desire.If u don't have enough desire,mc got the bed instead of bang rachel,so no point of adding loyal choice.
