Otherwise, yeah, if you pick netorase it'll be consensual, netorare will be cheating.
As for netorare vs netorase.
They're both Japanese terms, and semantics/meaning doesn't always translate well.

Netorare - yes, cheating, cuckold, without MC's knowledge/consent, and wife/gf/LI is at risk of being stolen away...
Netorase - best English translation is wittol/wittold, an English word that is considered archaic and no longer in modern, common use. It means knowing, acquiescent cuckold. But since cuckold has a negative connotation, in porn/fetish terms, the word netorase pretty much covers all situations where the husband/bf knows, consents, or encourages, his wife/gf having sex with other men. F95 should probably make tags to differentiate the 3, instead of it all falling under NTR like everywhere else, so people can stop complaining.

SOMETHING I missed in was scenes of the husband watching his wife having sex with other guys, and I hope that this route of this game has a lot of that and that the developer can create scenes of the husband masturbating while watching his wife being fucked by other men. This is rarely seen in games.

It's not just an ntr game, it's also a female protagonist cheating game, that's the very, very simple point, and it is strange that you could not comprehend this without an explanation.
It also really really seemed like the NTR content would be controllable with the highly visible variable and choice system, but it seems that may have been misleading BS, and you're awkwardly railroaded into his 'hidden desire' not only with no natural build up, but even when actively resisting it. And again i ask, what is the point of having choices that let you fully avoid 'NTR curiosity' points if you're going to be forced onto an 'NTR curiosity' path regardless.

I did suspect as much because that transition was just too awkward compared to the test of the game which flows well and makes sense. Glad to have it confirmed.
No, what F95 should do is stop using weeb language and use actual words, you know, like sharing, cheating, stealing, etc... done, no more confusion
Or F95 could just stop using it in their tags at all, removing NTR/NTS and the rest, and just use simple tags like 'mc cheats', 'mc cheated on' etc. The way wars of NTR vs Anti-NTR break out so often on here it would be an improvement to remove it entirely. Plus we could avoid the countless explanations and debates of what is or isn't NTR that also spring up constantly. I mean if your not Japanese why use a Japanese cultural reference? It just seems to be a sore spot and contested issue so why not get rid of it?
