Not really. The game leans heavily on cheating/secret affairs instead since most interactions with other characters than their spouse are done without each other's knowledge. The protagonists would've openly talked about 'meeting' someone else if it were NTS, but it hasn't happened so far.

They did have a talk about the MC's new 'fantasies'. And there are two paths that show in the variables - netorase and netorare. I am on the NTS path.
