you have to feed the AI an image and a script, detailing exactly what you want the end result to be.

For this image, I used a starting frame and an ending frame from the VN and a reference video of Charlize Theron lighting a cigarette and wrote a short script for the AI to animate the sequence using that reference.

I don't use any special hardware or software. I use Open AI and Kling AI through their websites and servers. I don't think that your computer's specs matter much unless they are a total potato that has problems uploading files or playing videos.
