It may be silly, but it's incredible how Lisa hid her fragility behind a smile and how lifeless she looks without it. You only have to look at her eyes to see how the light she had at the beginning has gone. It also makes you think about how people hide their depression behind a mask of apparent normality.

It will be very interesting to see how Jane deals with Lisa to help her. Hopefully, we will focus on that in the next update.

"I think the saddest people always try their hardest to make people happy because they know what it’s like to feel absolutely worthless and they don’t want anyone else to feel like that."

Hiding depression behind humour and smiles is extremely common, I would even go so far as to wager that it's likely the most common coping mechanism to avoid people looking too deep.

How are they supposed to be twins? Rachel look at least 10 years older than Jessica. It would be more belieavable if she was her mother.

I- you do know that twins don't have to be identical twins right?
Also, some extra weight in certain places, slightly different height and build along with a different hairstyle does a lot to dilute the similarities.

Identical twins also doesn't mean they're actually physically identical. Genetics is a contributing factor to appearance, not the sole determining factor.
Exactly. Lifestyle is an important factor as well. They will not live in the completely identical way, so their appearance will differ.
