You got that in reverse actually. As this game is on Patreon, they are much more restrictive toward their content than Steam. Steam just wants everyone to be over 18. They don't really care about anything else.

The other difference is when Jane is studying at home, at one point she can watch porn. In the Patreon release there are some real life images of 2 female porn stars going at it. The steam release does not have those renders. Other than that, the game is the same.
