If I had to guess using porn logic, therapy for Lisa would involve a lot of whipping and being penetrated hard by Jane, it wouldn't be the first time a character has used pain to ease their guilt over something they believe they are guilty of.
Killing Lisa would be a very strong blow to the story and would make the narrative more complicated, so I assume that Farah will find her if Jane doesn't go.
If we stick to the classic beauty canons, it's true that she's behind other characters, but that requires knowing her better to put her in a higher position. For me, attitude is as important as appearance.
There's no harem content so far. We don't get tags for content that isn't in game yet and as far as I can find the dev's never even replied to a comment that had the word harem in it, let alone talked about it themself. Given how Marianne has already given Jane a free pass and said the thought of her fucking other women turns her one it seems pretty inevitable that this is gonna end up being harem.
Besides, futa protags are pretty much always catch em all games. Huge part of the futa kink is that the futa character is sexually superior to everyone else and has too high of a sex drive for one single woman to keep up with.

If you take the time to read, look at the phone regularly for the MC's social networks, and if like me you do the same actions several times in the sex scenes (repeating actions can result in alternative scenes or dialogues): the game is long, but in a good way, you don't see the time go by, the game is absorbing and you'll take a liking to several characters. In short, you've got to play it, it really is one of the AAA titles here.
Really enjoying this game. Secrets surrounding MC are mesmerizing. Does her sperm can cause ovulation? Can it cure Himiko's illness? Can it cure tragic backstories? What part will MC play in fight against fish people? Is there any characters without dark secrets? Can't wait for the next update.

Is there any stats I should focus on and make an impact right now in the game? I know you lose intelligence if you go for gloryhole scene. Is intelligence important at some point right now and possibly any other stats like cardio, strength, etc. that make a difference and change a scene, trying to figure out which free roams I should do and to not miss anything right now
Most stats do not seem to matter. They are more a mirror of your decisions than a requirement for specific options.
Example :
In other games (and in real world) you need some strength to lift a weight, eg if strength >= 2 then ...
In this game you don't need strength to lift a weight but get a small strength increase as reward for the activity.
There is a check in Ep4 :
"Do a barrel roll" if mc_willpower > 8 or mc_strength > 3 or mc_confidence > 8 or mc_stamina > 5
However to see the lewd scenes you want to get caught, so the barrel roll is just a small extra scene.
Best play the game first time as you like and ignore the stats. If there are certain scenes you do not get, it's usually based on decisions (or missing relevant chats on the phone) and not on stats.

In the foreshadow sequence you see Tanaka and Lucas in the cinema, so maybe she is or will be his girlfriend, at least for a time ...
