So I'm guessing you deleted the whole saves folder from the game and roaming renpy folder right, including the persistent data file in it. If so then I guess it is some file on the steam folder or a folder somewhere that steam creates maybe like the roaming renpy backup saves folder, not really sure where steam places the files, I'll investigate when have time. Only game I play on steam is YGO and MTGA so I'll try to find where it puts the data files of it, even though they are on unity (at least YGO is) and not renpy.

Edit: Dunno if I find a solution but I simply googled "how to reset steam game achievements" and it gives instructions, maybe you want to look at those search hits and instructions. Read it fast but it something done on the steam console with commands.

Thanks for answering! And yeah, I did everything you said, but even though there are no save files, the game still acts as if I had played it before and the achievements are unlocked within it. I've already seen things about resetting Steam achievements, but I think that the issue is not with Steam, but with the game itself. Since for whatever reason it keeps tracking those achievements as completed, there is no way to unlock them on Steam. It's not a huge deal but it's really annoying, since I really like unlocking achievements, and the fact that I don't know how to solve it doesn't really help.

Update: I still gave it a try following a tutorial and it actually helped! It resetted the game and I'm finally able to unlock everything, so thank you very much!

Dev I don't know how your going to outdo yourself with that epic entrance and catch Jane did I just can't see anything else that can top that mind you I've just reached that point maybe you have something else up your sleeve I literally rolled of my bed I couldn't stop laughing I play extremely comfortably 3080 i7 12th gen 65inch 4k it was truly a beautifully well-crafted scene only way to top it if it was all full motion scene

Reason I never play these titles Dev always try to turn their kinetic novels into an illusion of choice same goes for female protagonist titles their all-kinetic novels ntr masquerading as choice based instead of MC being allowed to have their Futa Female Harem Dev forces you to get graped by some over powering force like cops dont exist the min I see a muscle head I quit playing its always the sa,e bs Im glad this Dev chose not to force MC into a no choice situation as of yet

Few give to the trouble to edit and cut the post then paste in the prior post and then delete the redundant post like I do when I realize that I double posted hehe. But I usually prefer to edit my last post and extend it but sometimes I forget to check that I was the last poster so have to do former haha.

A better question is what's YOUR problem? Coming into a thread and asking a simple question in a normal way should never be met with the kind of vitriol you just displayed, you're not helping anyone, least of all the developer, by scaring away people interested in the game.

Not everyone will keep up with all the games they play to know how long their dev cycle is, whether they work alone etc.

You make it your problem when you reply to it and being a douche about it. Either answer their question or ignore them. It's totally possible to ignore people. Replying with anything else is dickwad behavior that helps no one and only possibly drives away potential costumers from the dev, all so you can feel self righteous.

It's different if they were asking in a rude way or being disrespectful but they weren't, they literally just asked a question and you had to be so fragile that you took someone asking a question personally.

I can't possibly keep track of all of them on their patreons etc. So yes, I ask questions like that one a lot, unless it's been answered super recently. If you check that user's profile / other posts, you'll see that this user has a bad habit of asking about games being abandoned or not. Looking up information is incredibly easy and there's never a good reason to ask questions like that here (especially since it takes far longer to get your answer). This user's posts are definitely annoying to read which is why I added them to my ignore list when it first came up as I often do, just like I'm going to add you to my ignore list for being equally annoying by being wrong and insulting in the forums.
