I've been working hard on the update! Right now, we’re at 1900+ renders and 113 animations, and I’m still rendering new scenes as we speak. I’m really happy with how the episode is shaping up, and I’m confident that by the time it’s fully done, it’ll be more than worth the wait.
I’m still aiming for an August release, but we’ll see how things go. I hope to have a firm release date for you all by the next update. For now… the grind continues!
One more thing: the Steam Summer Sale is live! Having a HARD Time is currently 30% off, so if you haven’t picked it up yet, now’s a great time.

Honestly I'd probably be more interested if there was no way to save Lisa and the story delves into how that affects Jane. It could still end up going that way even if you go to the bridge. Lisa's pretty fucked up.

I also appreciate tragic developments and not-so-happy endings but I don't think that's the tone - or edge- of this game.
Hey, Lisa is definitely one of the gangs strongly related to our MC Jane.
The following charas are the main character in my POV: Marianne, Jenny(that one girl who just split up with her bf, who at first despise Jane but later seems to change her mind), Himeko, the mom of Jane, and Lisa. It is such a clear profile that the girls mentioned above are the ones Jane cherishes the most.
That being said, Lisa has a no death permission granted by the dev, because she is a main character, who's able to appear on the Key Visual. Her position isn't dispensable. Yep, this could be not thrilling to we audience, but fair to Lisa.
And don't you forget that Lisa, along with Jenny, makes her debut in the very beginning of the game! Remember who was there to remind if you're above 18 or not? Lisa and Jenny!
Personally, I'd like Seiko to be a new member of the main side characters, for I'm convinced by a slight detail that she, being intrigued, might, already, be succumbed to Jane's magic girly dick. And besides she's hot af But that might be a desire which strays far away from what's intended, because Seiko is bound to the 3-bitches, inseparable. She might not singly slide into Jane's crotch without other 2 of her gang.

Plot-wise, I like HAHT better, but in terms of character design (or renders in general), I prefer EI. Although HAHT’s characters are pretty, I find their designs more "generic" (especially if you’ve already played tons of VNs)

...the game clearly has a healing/accepting oneself theme going on, it's not misery porn for the heck of it.
While it's true that up till ep.5, Himeko is shallowly written, maybe due to limited plot assignment. But, I see her as a main character, she's on the Key Visual, holding a special position of the game.
What supports my POV is that, even though Himeko shares less plot compared to Jenny or Lisa, but more than that black roommate girl of her, more than that Muslim girl. Given that Jane seems pretty concerned about Himeko, interactions between the two already activated and developed, maybe ep.6 or later will be focused on her illness issue once Jane has done with Lisa.
To shed light on this, Himeko must be one of Jane's prior members of harem. Which means, Himeko, pretty similar to Lisa, has earned an undying guarantee from the dev.
But I won't deny that Himeko isn't well handled up to this time. She has more potential to be another touching character, provided the prerequisite that her crucial story would be carefully written.

Tough question, both for me are like the two pillars in terms of games with MC Futa, if I'm looking for a dominant route Jane is the best option by far, from the beginning are great options to not get screwed by Bullyings or bad bitches, all a Badass, has both absurd and silly humor and super sad and dramatic moments, as for character designs, although they are somewhat generic if you already carry many NV's are still very attractive and well done, and can be very superficial but attractive characters sell.
With EI the tone is very different, being more dramatic and serious, with her MC I prefer to go for a Sub approach, as it seems to me that it fits more with the MC's personality. As for the renders you can see that MorriganRae puts a lot of effort to the sceneries so that they look with many details and shadows, now with the designs this can be very conflicting, I admire that she wants to create many varieties of bodies and not just go for something normative, but this is something that can be a bit of a turn off for some, the only thing I don't like about her designs is that some characters seem to have excess of botox in the lips.
For me the two are pretty evenly matched, but if anything tips the scales for HAHT it would be the sex scenes which are ridiculously well done, animation and all, some of the best scenes of any NV's I've seen, and I know for a fact because I've seen quite a few.
The best therapy for her would be for Jane to give her a new family (by getting her pregnant).
I really hope so. himeko is my No. 1 so far, so any content (except her dying...) would be mich appreciated.
