What an update, dev really outdid himself, not sure why people are saying the old patch doesn't work though, it's worked for me with 0 issues.
Honestly for this VN you should be repeating everything at least once, even in older stuff there is a slightly different dialogue at times as well.

Did a bit more digging(played the song in VLC). Fire in my Veins is made using SunoAI and both of Hannah's song have the artist as quadrupleQ so very likely AI.
