It's pretty light on that so far, your bestie can cheat on her BF with you, but if you talk to him he does not really care and quite happy for you, you can even fuck in front of him, they break up afterwards but on good terms.

The park asset is used in the game. During (at least) the first two weekends for Sena when you go jogging
