The next version adds a couple of new mechanics and significantly improves others, in addition to new content and performance improvements, especially in map/character loading

You need to put the game folder in a more simple path. Like C:/Games/HLHN
And open as administrator.
Let me know if that work it.

Find this route on your pc:
"X":\Users\"YOURUSER"\AppData\LocalLow\EvilGuest (Hidden folder)
And send me a pm with your player-log.
That way I can see what's happening. Because everyone who's had that problem is having trouble because the path is too long, has strange symbols (or invisible spaces, etc.).
tried the mega link, still nothing, start as admin, nothing, deleted everything, reinstalled, nothing.

All the logs I've seen are for path errors (Too long, way too much folders, strange characters, etc). Send me your player log and I'll help you fix it, or at least I can have a fix ready for this week's update.

It's a weird limitation with a Unity system that loads external files (Adressables), there's no way to fix it other than with a warning.
That Log doesn't show any loading errors, and the `player-prev` file, which displays errors prior to the last time the game was played, is missing.
You can try removing the "+" from the "18+" folder. But according to the log, it should be working without problems.

So I removed the "+" of the folder name and did a fresh install, deleted that appdata/EvilGuest folder and its working now. I never would've thought that that would cause an issue like this. Thats crazy. Thanks for the help!
