Nope. The pregnancy is story related.

This isn't a full save, but it's right before the point of no return in the update. (Going forward with main quest will put you in a place where you can't repeat scenes.)

Because I'm a silly billy and didn't include global.save. Make a save in slot 25 THEN replace that.
