I actually tried that a bit before you responded. I found the folder, but I still have my gallery unlocks and option preferences. I'm not willing to play again yet to find out, but I hope that did the trick.

Does anyone know what choices affect Sparkle's appearance? I know there's an overt one that decides whether she stays female, becomes a futanari, or becomes a twink... but there are other appearances that can be made that are internally referred to as "backup" and "milkslut".

That seems odd given that there are sprites for those versions of Sparkle dressed in outfits she only wears much earlier in the game...

During the dinner you can choose to wear other clothes that you obtained earlier in the game.

The gallery doesn't replay scenes, it just loads the pictures. It also doesn't have all of them yet. The pictures themselves aren't archived, so you could really get the same or better effect by opening up the images folder. Regardless, here's a version of the gallery script that has no condition checks so what's there will be unlocked. Drop it in the "game" sub folder.

Agreed. This game gives us the heartbreaking choice between Wejit... and Jane/Skylark (who I also love). Ah, well. Multiple playthroughs. ;-)
You can have Wejit and Jane at the same time. Don't listen to her. The are other ways to get the invite for Jane ;-)

Indeed. Either through a design oversight or a weirdly intentional 180 on the deal, you can in fact keep wejit and have lark show up later. Pretty sweet deal 
I may be misinterpreting the changelog but... it sounds like the game is almost finished? Kind of? Is that correct?
It is definitely not, no. Narratively there's a long way to go, but there will be "endings" that pop up along the way, like many VN games.
I don't see how it'll any time soon with how Kayden is still the party head , we should be able to kick him out at least. Also Jane was just added so we haven't had any narrative content with her yet like being the 2nd healer and all
