For other player who have the same probleme, you need to delete the persistent files in the :
"Your Game Folder"\game\saves
C:\Users\"Your User"\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\hs-1555821003
C:\Users\"Your User"\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\hs-1555821003\sync
You will need to redo your video/audio settings and if you have the fairy skills, reselect your body fairy type in the settings.
ok so before i jump into this monster: i assume the tf content is a guy playing a game where hes a girl and in real life he slowly starts to transform into a girl as well? Can i assume the story to go that way and is there alot of content of it?

It will transform you into the character in the game irl, but there's a point where you can choose what it transforms you into. A woman? A femboy? Futa?

The dev probably meant for the MC to change more (and more gradually) outside the game, but I think it's fair to say that that part is still underdeveloped. As it is, with endings currently being added to the game, most of the endings seem to involve the MC changing outside the game as well, or being stranded in an alternate reality in a different body.
exceptions occur when leigh transforms my twink sparkle into his slave after the dacoit blowjob sidequest and also when lel tells me to put a gag on , that kayden has told because i am whinning , how to fix it ?
I liked it enough to play twice, mostly because I thought I missed a lot of lewd content, but nope, there was actually less the 2nd playthrough using the guides. I like the idea, but it's a mile wide and inch deep with many half-baked ideas. Not sure if the creator kept changing their mind, or completely forgot the story and kept adding new stuff. Many decisions go nowhere and the ending meant nothing to me. Also it's weird that regardless of your choices, MC takes a lesbian path.
I think there was WAY too much time and effort put into Sparke's outfits and alternate looks. Maybe some folks like the focus on dress-up, but for me it didn't do anything. I was here for the story and for the domination scenes. I think Sparkle ends up having 12 different outfits set for 3 different body types? Like man... that must have taken forever for the creator. Feels like more story and more ero scenes would have been better.
I liked the outfits but would have liked a lot more of the slave/domination/etc. It set up for it, but there wasn't much of that content.

Am I mistaken, or is the game sort of built around picking Wejit as companion? I had a playthrough a couple years ago, and remember there was alot of story revolving around him so I am a bit scared to alienate him just for the sake of seing what else there is. Want to get a good start so would be terrific if anyone could clear up the companion thing for me - also the outfit, maybe only cosmetic and no real difference otherwise?

The outfits are mainly cosmetic. Having Wejit as a companion is a personal choice really. If you don't pick him there will be a couple of specific scenes you won't get but that is the same whomever you choose. Try playing with different choices
Yes, I would like to try different choices, but if removing Wejit is only removing content without replacing it somehow then that's probably not something I'd like to push for. But the way you reply makes it seem like I can chose another companion then instead? If that is the case then ofc I will have to try non-Wejit route.

Bring Wejit along at first, he'll just be one more companion in the party. Then at one point later on you'll have the option to replace him with another goblin: Both options there have some content.
