Well this update has proven once again that if you want sex for MC, you have to go the Kylee and Mia route. (or Steph, but I don't care about her) Forget Amelie, enough of the teasing and blue balls. I think you hit the nail on the head regarding the consistency of the story. I also thought it was borderline creepy how hard the MC was pushing but realized Amelie wants it just as bad according to the dialogue. That being said, I would prefer for her to initiate it when it finally happens as opposed to the MC just shoving it in there and hoping her lust takes over.
Can you please tell me what game your profile picture is from?
The game has a functioning gallery now so not sure why the mod is needed. In the past, the dev had released updates without the gallery until some time after so the mod was welcomed. Also, when you initially begin the game, the names and relationships you input should carry over to the gallery as long as you make a save.

I wish every scene with the younger cousin and aunt didn't feel so rapey. Especially in the last scene with the younger cousin she just kept saying over and over stop it was hurting but the mc kept pushing. Felt the ick in this update.
At the start of the game the message say, that because patreon shut down is page, he doesnt have the same amount of support a money for only live from the game, and have a normal job now, but still developing the game in free time, so... unless he does this in the past, i dont understand why you say that.

It's called a design choice. The moment you can go all the way with Amelie the game is over because she's the hottest LI and nobody can top her. *I* don't have a problem with that as long as her teasing is this good and the other LIs fill the gap. I don't necessarily love the concept, but it is what it is.
I could be wrong but I dont remember her telling him stop. I remember her saying it hurt at times like most virgins in VNs but never stop. Felt like he was being appropriate considering the situation IMO. And by the end, he was going to town and she seemed ecstatic!
