I know a lot of players think so, but for me it's a perfect progression. It feels natural, or at least as natural as a game in which one manages to score every female in one's life can feel. It wasn't with an aunt or other relative, but I've had a couple of relationships with women who got to the point of doing "everything but (except)..." with me and that dragged on for weeks (and in one case, never did go further). Progress with Amelie just gives me those same vibes, so for that reason, I love the pacing of this game.

I don't think so. When the update came out, which was 2 months ago, his patreon was still there. 2 months isnt a while.
Awhile is an undisclosed measure of time which can be used any way you want to. It can be years months or even minutes.
