Alright, I'm about halfway in (ch.5) and gotta ask, is there any more NTR-bait? First MC spends a few days (in game time) to prepare a LI for her date with another man (which didn't happen but still), now Stephanie spends a night with a friend while she's mad at MC, her brother (Jacob or something?) sends her off while flirting, and she mentions that she didn't get much sleep that night.

I wouldn’t call that NTR, and I have zero hope for it anyway, since I’m anything but an NTR fan. It also fits absolutely nothing about Heart Problems — neither the storytelling nor the overall aesthetic. Get rid of it.

Because he was on Patreon for the longest time and needed to make sure that the incest portion was minimal to non-existent in order to keep making his money on there. They eventually kicked him out, so he is on Subscribestar trying to get back the money he was getting from Patreon. So "Non-aunt" is what you can label it in order to prevent loses on Patreon. Will he move to actually "mom" now? Don't know. But he has the freedom to do so now.
