You're a dreamer aren't you? There is no way in hell that would happen cause it would probably mean to get the one scene we're all waiting for since that's mostly what is left to do with Amelie. I think he for himself decided to split up into two parts because he wanted to drag out this scene happening even longer. It never was because he thought he could "deliver an update sooner" like this. If that would've been the case part 1 would've already been out but instead he probably takes as much time with his part 1 update as he took with the full release of chapter 9. Part 1 will drop out of nowhere at some point but I personally would never expect a FULL release of chapter 10 nor potential part 2 of chapter 10 in 2025. His work ethics are among the worst ones here if you ask me. I absolutely adore his work but the guy behind it is simply not reliable.
