How do I fix the issue where when I use old saves my name is "None" and the family names I use are "None"
I don't wanna redo the entire game

Main Menu > Preferences > Edit names option on left side. Load old saves, they should have new names.

Most US jurisdictions actually allow for marriage between first cousins, so "incest" it may be at some level, but not enough for states to worry about the gene pool.

Only 18 of the 50 states allow it without condition. 1 allows it unless they're double first cousins (all four grandparents in common.) 5 more essentially allow it when babymaking ain't gonna happen due to age or medical condition. 26 states say nope.

Xenorav takes a while to bring the update, but he at least gives you enough lewd content that's worth it, even if the main dish isn't served just yet. I can't say the same about that other visual novel you mentioned.

Try Projekt: Passion. Fantastic game

While you certainly have the right to enjoy both Heart Problems and PP, they're basically opposites, at least in term of character aesthetics. I'm not sure if there's any character in PP that I'd wanna fuck, have a conversation with, or look at.
