Amelie is not giving MC a chance to fuck her in any way. Even after MC's insistence, it seems like it will take a few more years to convince Amelie . Now it remains to be seen how Xenorav will develop the story. I don't see any possibility of seeing Amelie's sexuality in Chapter 11

I doubt it. It will be in either in the next chapter or the one after that (so in 11 or 12).
People confuse the in-game time with the dev Time. Chapter 10 only covers 2 in game days.
The pacing of this game is pretty good to be honest. The only reason why it feels drawn out is that the dev cycle is now quite long. The last update was 10 months.
But in-game, everything is going well. In 9 Stephanie was ready to lose her virginity and in 10, he popped the cherry. Similarly in 10 Amelie was considering sex for the first time so I definitely see it happening in the next 2 chapters.
People forgot that it took 5 chapters before he could convince Kyala to have sex with him.

You're right xenorav takes a long time to update, so it seems like it would take years to see Amelie's sexuality. If they updated three or four times a year, it wouldn't seem like that.

I did skip through the text, but it's the only one I saw as missing - the image displays correctly on the main download though.
Grab the compressed version I suppose.
Even though I was waiting for MC to have sex with Amelie, it didn't happen either, there was no forced option

The new edit names doesn't seem to have changed much at all. The game is just fine with Amelie being the aunt, but the 'aunt Amelie' stuff every sentence gets tiresome.
I hate to point out the obvious but a simple (working) mom/sister dialogue patch would take this game to the stratosphere. I understand it doesn't work with the story, but it's probably this games biggest flaw. For 1) aunt/cousin is a lesser taboo to fetishize, and 2) as written it makes for awkward phrasing.
Call me old fashioned but I prefer the nuclear family in my degenerate porn games

For me it's already the opposide. The "Mom/Sister" is imo no taboo anymore, maybe some years ago it had a "wow" effect.
