One thing I am sure of is that it takes about a year for updates to arrive. In that case, I might download the game from any website and play it in the future, but I won't be active on this thread all the time. I will check back after a year.

I am too not a fan of blood, but dont worry about realism. Some women born without hymen at all, some have really thin and stretchy that dont tear. So there is nothing unrealistic about non bleeding virgins.

This game has a "harem" tag. My understanding of harem is that the girls all know each other is a LI and either tolerate or fully support each other in that harem. In Heart Problems, Amelie doesn't know about any of the other girls. Stephanie knows about Kylie, but not vice versa. No one knows about MC and Mia or her mom. Seems more like cheating than harem.
