Yeah, what I mean is that most of the people who whine or troll the developer really do love this game. They're just annoyed by Xenorav's constant lying and his focus on squeezing as much money as possible from Patreon supporters.

I mean, how can you expect people to keep talking about the actual game when the last update was almost a year ago?
With that said, most comments are still discussing about things related to the game, be it (the lack of) updates or the author's antics.
And this is a forum, if people are not allowed to express their opinions as long as it is related to the game, what's the point of having these threads?
Feels like some people just wants F95 to be a website that provides links to downloads, which is funny because no one is forcing you to read anything that is said here.
I don't believe the milking theory. If money was his main motivation, he would finish this game as fast as possible and put it up on Steam. This game would easily be in the top 5% of adult visual novels and his earnings from Steam would be much more than he gets from Patreon.

He disappeared for 1 month and 3 days if you count time between last report and the update. Last time he shown up he was rendering the last one, I think when he come back, we will just have the update. He is probably just cooking now, in his slow mo turtle speed yea, but he is, just my guess. You have no idea how anxious I am for the update, but this thread here is just far too emotional.

Here is the thing, folks losing their shit here even knowing it won't change anything is a way of releasing their frustration and feeling calm.
