Wow, terrific update. Always said this is in my top-3 VNs and I'm reminded why.
The only negatives are the time to release new updates (even when they were quite fast early on) and relying a bit too much on the "no, I can't" as they're sucking your cock or you're eating their pussy. It's lazy, bad writing.
An author pointing out how dumb it is in their work - literally self referencing how little it makes sense - does not make it better. In fact, it's a famous writing sin. It's akin to mentioning another, better work in your work. Never remind the audience of something better or being aware that your story doesn't make sense.
Anyway...don't let me give the impression that this was a bad update because it absolutely isn't. It was very good. There is a lot of story in this update (literally 10x what you get from an L&P or Stoper) and it's rewarding. The dev seems to have thrown the readers a bone for having had to wait, what, a year for this update? Feels like it's been about a year.
Slow releases and one specific writing fuckup aside, I'm reminded why this is one of the best - maybe THE best - adult VN out right now. I wouldn't financially support a dev with such a slow release schedule and seemingly new excuses each time but if they can get back on track I absolutely would. Quality is unmatched.
