You can't run Android apps on iOS. While it's technically possible to create ports for iOS, it's more difficult and takes a lot of steps to install an app (from player side) than just simply installing the app file (.APK in case for Android) on your phone.

So, in short: no. Unless there's an iOS port and you know what to do. The easiest way would be to either buy an Android phone or use an emulator like e.g. BlueStacks on MacOS or Windows.
