There is no action you can take in game to have this image displayed. The closest you can come is kevmovie23.jpg which you access by selecting "Touch you with her hand" once she's fallen asleep.
kevmovie24 though kevmovie30 are not utilized in any game script currently in the game.
Hence there's paths to sexually assault your sister multiple ways, but no path to have her willing give you a handjob.

The next day after coming home and spending the first day. It can be seen in the shower scene, breakfast (talk aunt & praise food.) ,yoga and in the laundry room afterwards. Wow, how many times do I play to tell this?

The relationship has only 35 aunts, 12 young cousins, and 10 same age cousins. It's true that in this version you can't proceed any further, but images that require more relationships cannot work. No matter how much you change your relationship to Save Editor, it will not be developed yet.

Seems like a fairly normal thing to ask about since most developers don't bloat your download with extra images that never get used.

Most people can tell short adult women from underage girls. The oldest girl in the banner could be 17-18 without a problem, maybe even a bit older. Yep this game need a walkthrough, but its still a first release and overall the game is pretty good, so lets give a couples time to the dev to adjust on what need to be done. Again, very good game.
