(for 3+months (0.5 beta was released last year) only 60% of renders/animations are done, even writing isnt finished yet , let alone coding which is the task that requires (for him) at least one month to be finished...damn, i was too optimistic myself
- it looks more like september release though)it seems he has finally has build enough support /fanbase to considerably slow-down development (yay, we shall got animations, finally, thats "must have" for any porn vn, isnt) and switch to 1-2 releases per year.
quite funny logic is that - instead of more frequent releases (or considerably more content), with more support/money, it becomes opposite.
wont call it milking, as long as supporters are happy, thats between them.

purposely delude yourself into thinking that its coming out next week and then when next week comes and it obviously doesn't come out just continuously convince yourself that you were talking about the next week and then keep iterating this till the week of release comes and then you can say, "see? i told you it was coming out next week"
also about the thing you said about developers fucking over their fans after getting a big enough audience to start the MILKING and decrease the release rate to twice a year at most, i really hope that this developer doesn't do this, but if im being honest, its starting to seem like it, because the release rate of this game ACTUALLY IS TWICE A YEAR, which is frustrating, but then again it could actually be the developer trying really hard to just finish the update, but i REALLY DOUBT THIS, primarily because of the updates he gives on his patreon, where he just shrugs off not working on the game for like 2 whole weeks he just says "oh haha lol sorry i got a bit lazy and also thanks for the money losers, anyway im going to try to get back to finishing the update but probably not because i love miliking you stupid fucks lol," just straight up shrugging off like a month of no work, very nice dev

Honestly rest of us genuinely think that the update will be released by September. Heck, it can be post September too.
Need to drop the subscription if no release in a month or two to give the developer incentive to update.

hmm, an incentive does sound like a good idea, give the dev an ultimatum, if we don't see reasonable progression per week on the updates then drop a couple subscriptions, but also im wondering if he'll feel like he is getting too much backlash that he just abandons the game, AND THAT CANNOT FUCKING HAPPEN THAT WOULD MEAN BLUE BALLS FOR LIFE
but maybe just putting this idea out there should keep the dev on his toes because he obviously reads the thread and will now know that we refuse to be milked by the dev, only by amelie
